Kingsville is a community that values its rich history. We're home to two nationally recognized museums: the Jack Miner Museum and the Kingsville Military Museum. Spend an afternoon learning about the people and places that helped shape our Town.

Jack Miner Museum


Known as the Father of Conservation, Jack Miner made Kingsville a household name in the 1900s through his Migratory Bird Sanctuary and popular lecture tour, which drew large crowds. The Museum houses Miner family memorabilia from the late 1800s, including Miner’s lecture clothing, photos, and letters from famous friends and Sanctuary visitors, such as Henry Ford and Ty Cobb. When you walk through the doors of the Kingsville Military Museum, you feel a sense of reverence as you’re swept into a world of sacrifice, patriotism and bravery. Vivid exhibits and historic artifacts tell the stories of Kingsville and Essex County’s courageous soldiers and proud military contributions.
