Trails and Cycling

Kingsville’s flat terrain, scenic shorelines, abundant greenspaces, and a growing network of trails, make us the perfect place to explore by foot or by bike.

Set out on the Chrysler Canada Greenway, a former railway corridor that now serves as an off-road recreational trail with entrances between Oldcastle and Ruthven. You’ll quickly find yourself surrounded by birds and wildlife, fresh air and the beauty of nature.

Our Meditation Trail offers a series of guided meditations to help you find greater mindfulness and inner peace. Look for signs along the trail and scan the QR code to choose the meditation that resonates with you!

The Greenway is one part of our County Wide Active Transportation System (CWATS), which connects destinations throughout the region using cycling lanes, trails, and multi-use paths.  Save gas and find new, active ways around Town with some help from this Interactive CWATS Map or  Printable CWATS Map.

Kennedy Woods Walking Trails and Picnic Area are part of the Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary and the perfect spot to enjoy time with your family, or a reflective moment of quiet solitude. Hike, birdwatch, or just sit and take in your surroundings.
